ORIENTATION IN PROCESS
Video was played about the RADIAL IT company for the candidates to understand the how about of the company for which they had applied.
WELCOME SPEECH BY GM
GM welcomed the candidates & brushed them to the various rounds which they had to go through. She made things very clear & made sure that everyone was in their comfort zone.
MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH BY THE CHIEF GUEST
His words were so powerful, that every single candidate was moved & wanted to follow him.
QUESTIONNAIRE was distributed to the candidates for their technical round.
TIME LIMIT 20 MNTS
The technical round ended up smoothly.
GROUP DISCUSSION IN PROGRESS
Henceforth followed by a GROUP DISCUSSION (GD)
& Communication skills. Discussions were made on various topics to monitor their speaking skills
To put the candidates on ease topics of their choice were given to them.
GD went out to be on for about an hour. It turned out to be very healthy.
Could see a few candidates tensed up, some with their fingers crossed, obvious will be determined to succeed in this challenge of their life.
Once they climb this 1st step of the ladder, no one can STOP them to reach the HEIGHTS.
CONCLUSION
A few were SHORTLISTED for the 2nd round
I could see IMMENSE HAPPINESS, & they really deserve this appreciation.
This was one of the BIGGEST HURDLES which they have overcome. Kudos to each one of them.
A small piece of advice to the non-selected candidates, do not get disheartened, UPGRADE YOUR SKILLS, & try with us with yet another DRIVE shortly.
